A family firm, the Austin family have always carried out a mixed farming operation of dairy, beef and arable since the 50s. With a growing family to provide for, an opportunity arose in 1991 to purchase a milk round. After purchasing additional rounds, in 1992 the family decided to diversify and invest in a small processing plant. Lanchester Dairies was born!
